gravy Spicy Paratha February 25, 2016 Spicy Paratha This is very delicious and spicy recipe. green chillie is the main ingredient which make feel of its taste of spicy Ingrdients:- For making dough Besan ( Gram flour)-250 gm Onion- 2 medium size (finely chopped) Green Chillie-4 to 5 pc. (finely chopped) Salt- 2 tbl spoon Curd (Dahi)-100 gm Water-1 to 2 cup For dusting:- Rice flour- 1 Big Spoon For fry:- Ghee/ Refined Oil- 100gm Procedure:- * First of all take a big bowl and take all above the ingredients and make it's dough. * Then left it aside for about half an hour. Then make equal balls of it like big lemon size. * Then rolled out each and every ball with applying rice flour dust on a wooden board in the round shape like a roti or chappatti. * Then take a pan and heat it on medium flame of gas and put one of your rolled ball and flip it after 1 min. * You will see little golden brown color on it. * Then apply ghee or refined oil to it on both side by flipping it. * When golden brown color will see on both side then understand that your spicy paratha is ready. * Serve it hot with pickle.
